摘要
以某石化公司闪底泵为例,利用在线状态监测分析机泵断轴事故发生的原因。振动加速度信号的时域峭度指标,可以帮助技术人员预判轴承的早期故障;通过振动信号的频率分析,能够找到轴承的故障特征频率;峭度、频率的综合分析也能判断轴承出现故障的原因及其具体部位。依此推论在现场机泵解体检查时发现,轴承保持架断裂,验证了域峭度指标和频域信号的分析结论,为轴承故障的早期诊断提供了有效的方法。
Taking a flash bottom pump at a petrochemical company as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of the broken shaft of the pump with on-line condition monitoring.The time domain kurtosis index of vibration acceleration signal can help the engineers predict the early faults of bearing,and the fault feature frequency of bearing can be extracted from the frequency analysis of vibration signal.The causes and specific position of bearing faults can be judged based on the kurtosis and frequency analysis.The fracture of bearing cage is found during the pump disassembly inspection on-site.verifying the conclusions of the time-domain kurtosis index and frequency domain signal analysis and providing an effective method for the early diagnosis of bearing faults.
