在石化装置中许多管道或设备在操作工况下垂直位移比较大,如果这些位置需要支撑,而所支撑的载荷变化率要求比较严格,需要用到恒力弹簧支吊架。对恒力弹簧的类型进行了分析,根据各类型弹簧的结构特点及支撑点的周围环境状况选择合适的恒力弹簧形式非常重要;介绍了各种恒力弹簧的安装高度的计算公式,选择合适的吊杆长度,确保恒力弹簧正常发挥支撑作用,保证管道或设备的安全运行。
In petrochemical units,the vertical displacement of some piping or equipment is relatively large under operating conditions.If supports are needed in these locations and the requirements for load change rate are strict,constant spring hanger is required.In this article,the types of constant spring are analyzed.It is very important to select the appropriate type of constant spring according to the structure characteristics of various types of spring and the surrounding environmental conditions of the support location.This article also introduces the installation height calculation mode for various types of constant spring,in order to perform accurate installation height calculation of the selected constant spring and to select the appropriate boom length to ensure the normal function of constant spring and the normal operation of piping or equipment.
