摘要
介绍了专利商UOP(环球油品公司)连续催化重整工艺——3 000 lb/h催化剂再生部分。以某在建的项目为例,对Cycle MaxⅠ、Cycle MaxⅡ两代催化剂再生技术设备台位数变化情况、框架内的设备立面布置情况、设备标高确定原则、框架标高、催化剂管线设置要求进行了说明与对比分析。阐述了Cycle MaxⅡ再生技术相比Cycle MaxⅠ再生技术的改进情况。对关键设备的定位、支撑方案及其之间管道的连接选用元件提出了建议和设计倾向。
This article introduces the 3,000 Ib/h catalyst regeneration section of the continuous catalytic reforming process of Universal Oil Products(UOP).Based on a newly designed CCR project.this article analyzes the key points in the equipment layout of catalyst regeneration unit of CycleMax Ⅰand CycleMax Ⅱ.the difference in the number of equipment.the elevation determination principle of equipment and the design requirements of frame elevation and catalyst transfer pipelines,discusses the improvement of CycleMax Ⅱ in comparison with CycleMax Ⅰ.and gives some suggestions on the position and support of critical equipment as well as the elements selected for pipe connection between the equipment.
