摘要
总硫回收率是评价硫磺回收装置性能的关键指标,传统总硫回收率计算方法公式繁琐,准确度低,工作量大。在元素平衡计算公式的基础上,通过对多种元素综合平衡公式进行优化,提出一种以硫、碳两种元素平衡为基础的精准计算方法,利用气体流量、组份含量之间的转化换算,采用小误差数据代替大误差数据,提高了总硫回收率的准确度。本方法应用数据少,工作量小,计算较为简单方便,已成功应用在普光气田高含硫天然气净化厂多套硫磺回收装置标定和日常考核。
The total sulfur recovery rate is one of the main evaluation indicators for sulfur recovery unit,and how to calculate the rate quickly and accurately is very important.The traditional method is complicated and demands lots of data,and it cannot meet the operation requirements.On the basis of the traditional method,a new simple and accurate method has been introduced in this paper.The computing formula is built on the carbon balance and sulfur balance.The accuracy of the calculated result has been increased by using the new method,for the imprecise data was replaced by precise data and the use of low pressure gas flow-rate was avoided in the calculation.The new method has been successfully applied in the performance evaluation of various sulfur recovery units of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant.
