江苏省科技人才发展现状与战略对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Strategic Countermeasures of Science and Technology Talents in Jiangsu Province

"十二五"以来,江苏省深入实施科教与人才强省战略,把科技人才队伍建设作为实施科技创新工程、加快创新型省份建设的重要内容,科技人才发展取得了显著的成绩。本研究在全面梳理江苏省科技人才发展现状并剖析存在问题的基础上,提出"十三五"时期江苏省科技人才发展的思路、目标和对策措施。

Jiangsu province has implemented strategy of science education and talents since 12 th Five-Year,and treated construction of the qualified team of scientists and technicians as an Important work. Remarkable achievements have been made in the development of Science education and talents.This paper proposes development ideas, goals and countermeasures in ＂Thirteen five＂ period on the basis of analysis of current situation and problems.
