外商直接投资对职工工资收入影响的实证研究——以上海市为例

The empirical research of the FDI to the income of workers——In Shanghai as an example

当前工资收入依旧是我国居民收入的主要形式。外商直接投资主要通过直接效应、间接效应以及综合效应三大效应来影响职工工资。本文主要研究上海市外商直接投资对于上海市职工平均工资的影响。首先分析两者联系的理论机制。在剔除价格变动因素前提下,根据完全竞争市场中边际生产力理论对传统的柯布·道格拉斯函数变形。本文通过计量方法发现上海市国内资本和外商直接投资以及人力资本的提升对上海市职工平均工资水平的提高有促进带动作用。

The wage income is still the main form of income of residents in china.Foreign direct investment mainly influences the level of average wage by direct effect, indirect effect and comprehensive effect.This paper mainly studies on the influence of the level of wages in shanghai by FDI.Firstly,it tries to analysis the contact between the them from the view of the economics theory.In the premise of removing the price changes,according to the theory of marginal productivity in completely competitive market,it construct model from the traditional C-D＇s function. The result shows the domestic capital,the FDI and the human capital have much promoting function to the level of wages in Shanghai.
