我国企业"走出去"战略中金融服务支持的总量不足、结构失衡。为改变此困境,必须从金融供给角度出发,立足企业金融需求的多样化,提供差异化金融支持。具体而言,应结合各行业的发展状况,明确企业经营规模,提供适度金融支持;注重中小微型企业风险监控;针对不同投资东道国,协助制定企业投资方案;把握经济新形势,服务重点发展企业。

The questions about financial services support in Chinese enterprises ＂going out＂ strategy are,that the total quantity is insufficiency and that the structure is unbalanced. To improve this situation, the differential financial supports should be made, from the perspective of financial supply, based on the diversification of enterprise financing needs. Specifically, providing appropriate financial support to match the enterprises scale; paying attention to mini, small and medium-sized enterprises＇ risk monitoring; assisting enterprises developing investment programs according to different host countries; grasping the new situation of economic to service major enterprises.
