摘要
人力资源管理对石油企业的发展具有重要作用,通过开展我国石油企业人力资源管理现状研究,指出了目前我国石油企业在人力资源规划、管理方法、员工招聘及培训、激惩机制等都存在较多问题,结合我国石油企业实际情况,提出了相应的应对措施以逐步改善我国石油企业人力资源管理水平。
