集团大客户是中国移动客户群体中一个非常重要的组成部分,这些客户包括着大批的企业和政府机构。而这些大客户里面还有着一大批相关的小众客户,即个人客户。集团大客户的良性发展是中国移动业务收入的一个重要保证,也可以说集团大客户是中国移动的一个重要堡垒,是否能牢固的守住来之不易的江山,关系到中国移动未来的整个战略框架。本文通过六力模型对中国移动泉港分公司的集团业务进行分析,进而才能发展好集团大客户业务,并进一步对集团大客户市场的稳定与提升,有效应对市场竞争、加大集团市场客户的保有力度。
