为适应当前国际金融创新发展、国际资本市场竞争激烈以及我国加入WTO的新形势,我国证券公司必须有与之相对应的发展战略,而有什么样的战略选择以及如何达到所选择的战略目标,则是刻不容缓的现实问题。

In order to accommodate themselves t o the new situation of the innovation and de-velopment of international finance,the fierce competition between the international capital markets and China's entry to the WTO,China's securities companies have to have a c orresponding develop-ment strategy.It is an urgent task to decide what kind of strategic choice to make and how to achieve this chosen strategic goal.
