乘用车后地板冲压起皱原因分析及整改

Cause analysis and rectification of the passenger car rear floor punching wrinkling

针对某汽车厂后地板零件冲压生产中出现的起皱问题,从材料和模具两方面进行排查及分析,明确了起皱产生的原因主要是模具设计不合理。结合起皱部位,从调整压边力大小和合理设置拉延筋两方面进行调模整改,起皱问题得到了解决,对实际生产具有指导意义。

In view of the problem of wrinkling in the stamping production of the rear floor parts of a car factory,the mold design based on the investigation and analysis both from the material and the mold was found to be unreasonable. Lastly wrinkling problem has been resolved with transfer mode rectification from adjustment of blank holding force and a reasonable set of two aspects draw-beads,which have guiding significance to the actual production.
