转炉煤气柜泄漏原因分析与处理

Cause analysis and treatment of gas leakage in converter gas cabinet

4号转炉10万m3威金斯煤气柜出现煤气柜壁板、底板、活塞支架根部煤气泄漏问题,通过分析煤气冷凝水、气柜壁板和活塞支架等泄漏情况,找出煤气柜泄漏原因,并根据煤气柜泄漏点的部位,采取了有针对性地补焊、加装弧板、金属胶堵漏和防腐等处理措施,消除了煤气泄漏的隐患。

Gas leakage happened on floor,side plate and piston bracket of the 100 000 m3 Wiggins converter gas cabinet. Through analyze on gas condensate and gas leakage on floor,side plate and piston bracket,the reason of gas cabinet leakage was found. After effective mending measures such as welding,installation arc plate,Metal glue plugging and anti-corrosion technology were taken,the gas leakage was eliminated.
