摘要
溜井是地下矿山生产贮存和转运矿石的主要通道,一旦出现破坏,将会影响采场生产正常运行。武钢金山店铁矿矿床赋存条件复杂多变,矿体结构复杂,块、粉矿夹杂,并穿插高岭土层,矿石吸水性强,遇水粘性大,为典型的软破矿体。以金山店铁矿东区采场610溜井为背景,通过数据统计和现场调查,研究和分析采场溜井破坏原因,并提出修复与维护方案,实践证实,这种维护技术是可靠的,并取得了良好的经济效益。
The orepass is the main channel of storage and transport of the ore in underground mining,will not be able in normal product status once it is in question. The geological conditions of ore body is complicated and changeable in Jinshandian Iron Mine of WISCO,which is typical soft broken ore body including lump ore、powder ore and embed kaolin. The ore is easy to absorb water and the viscosity is very large once absorbed water. The cause of the orepass collapse in 610 Orepass in the Eastern Section have been studied and analysied,and the maintenance program was proposed. It has been proved that the maintenance technology was reliable,and it could achieve good economic benefits.
