医学生对“5+3”住院医师规范化培训政策的心态调研

Report on the Psychology of the Medical Students' Adapting to 5+3 Standardized Training Policy

国家卫计委近期发布"5+3+X"专科医师规范化培训政策,引起行业内热议,之前才刚发布"5+3"住院医师规范化培训模式,此项措施对医学生影响如何?笔者在河北、大理、广州、河南、遵义的医学院校调查不同年级的600名医学生,得知医学生的信心不同程度地受挫,但大部分同学能看到自身优势,愿意积极应对未来的挑战,但就业时间延长与求学成本增加是医学生比较担忧的问题。学校应通过职业规划等课程提升医学生积极应对心态。

Recently, 5＋3＋x medical specialist training policy was issued by our State Healthy and Family Planning Commission, which caused hot comments in medical industry. 5＋3 standardized training was just issued not long ago and we want to investigate the students＇ psychology on this policy, randomly sampling 600 students of different grade in 5 medical colleges,including Hebei,Dali, Guangzhou, Henan and Zunyi medical colleges.Most of their confidence was attacked in various degree, whereas they saw their superiority so that to receive the challenge. However, the policy is imperfection including the increasing of the time and the cost is concerned seriously by the medical students.Chemical schools should promote their positive psychology through the courses of career planning,and so on.
