低速轴流压气机非定常流场数值模拟

摘要 轴流压气机内部流动是固有的三维、黏性、非定常性。为深入研究压气机内部复杂流场结构,针对某单级低速轴流压气机进行非定常流场数值模拟;成功地捕捉到了压气机内部非定常效应,着重分析了该轴流压气机中损失的主要分布、压气机动静干涉作用,及静子叶片静压分布随转、静子不同相对位置变化。 The flow fields in axial-flow compressor are inherently 3D, viscous, and unsteady. In order to investigate the complex flow fields, unsteady flow fields numerical simulation was applied in a single-stage axial-flow compressor. The numerical results successfully caught the unsteady phenomenon in the compressor. The distribution of loss in the compressor, the rotor-stator interaction, and the static pressure distribution of stator blade were all investigated.
