层次分析法在涡扇发动机稳态性能调试中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 受各种复杂因素的影响,发动机实际工作过程较为复杂,导致整机稳态性能调试较为困难。通过分析高低压转子质量守恒方程和能量守恒方程,确定整机稳态性能调试用可调节因素,并创新引入层次分析法,根据不同调节目的,确定各个可调节因素的对性能调试目标的影响程度,制定最优的调试方案。目前,该方法已在某型涡扇发动机稳态性能调试中应用。试车结果表明,发动机整机性能达到了预期值。 The steady state performance adjustment of whole engine is difficult due to the actual running process of an engine, which is influenced by various complicated factors, is complicated. The adjustable factors in the steady state performance adjustment were determined by analyzing the mass and energy conservation equation of high/low pressure rotors. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was introduced innovatively to determine the influence of various adjustable factors on the performance adjustment aim, and to make the optimized adjustment plan according to different adjusting aim. Now this method of AHP has been used in adjustment of turbofan engine. The result shows that the performance of the engine has achieved the anticipated goal.
