脑室内积血合并脑积水的直管分流治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脑室内积血合并脑积水直管分流的疗效。方法回顾性分析22例脑室内积血合并脑积水病例资料,均采用去除阀门的直管分流。结果因原发病于分流术后近期死亡4例,失访5例;13例病人随访2~5年,恢复良好。2例病人未安装阀门,11例病人术后9 d^2年安装阀门。结论直管分流是治疗脑室内积血合并脑积水的有效方法。 Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt without valve for intraventricular blood accumulation accompanied by hydrocephalus. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with intraventricular blood accumulation accompanied by hydrocephalus were analyzed retrospectively. The ventriculo-peritoneal shunt without valve was performed in all the patients. Results Four patients died duo to primary disease. Five patients were lost to follow-up. The remaining 13 patients were followed up for 2 to 5 years and recovered well. Druing 9 d to 2 years after shunt, the valve was installed in 11 patients and not installed in 2. Conclusions Ventriculo-peritoneal shunt without valve is an effective procedure for intraventricular blood accumulation accompanied by hydrocephalus.
