罕见毛母质瘤破坏颅骨1例 被引量：1

摘要 1 病历摘要 （图 1）男,24岁;自诉入院前1周无明显诱因晨起突感头晕,无耳鸣、恶心感,持续约5 min后缓解,此后症状间断发生,晨起多发,体位突然改变时可诱发头晕。神经系统查体无明显异常,行头颅CT及MRI检查示右枕部大小约2.0 cm×1.5 cm占位病变,头皮局部隆起,颅骨完全破坏,深达硬脑膜外,以＂右枕部颅骨肿瘤＂入院。心电图、胸片、血生化、血常规与止凝血均未见明显异常,选择手术治疗,术中见肿瘤质软如泥状,灰白色,肿瘤全切,
