摘要
目的应用数据包络分析法分析乌鲁木齐市7所三级公立医院ICU的护理效率,探讨效率不佳的原因。方法对7所三级公立医院的ICU应用问卷调查法和工时测定法,收集各ICU的2项投入指标(护理总工时、护士人数)和1项产出指标(全年收治患者数),运用数据包络分析法进行分析研究。结果 7所医院ICU中,6所医院ICU相对无效,无效的ICU可以通过理想值的测算有目的地改善各指标值,使之达到相对有效。结论乌鲁木齐市三级医院ICU的护理效率总体不高,管理者应重视并根据实际情况来完善各方面工作流程。
Objective To analyze the nursing efficiency of ICU in 7 grade Ⅲ hospitals in Urumqi by using data envelopment analysis （ DEA）, and analyze the causes of inefficient nursing. Methods The ICU input indicators,including total nursing hours and number of nurses, and output indicators, which was num- ber of annual treated patients, were collected through questionnaires and time measurement in 7 ICU. The nursing efficiency was analyzed by using DEA method. Results The nursing efficiency of 6 ICU were relatively inefficient, which could be improved by measuring the desired value. Conclusion The nursing efficiency of ICU in Urumqi is generally not good ,which should be paid attention to and be improved by process improvement.
