动机访谈路线图改善2型糖尿病患者生活质量的效果观察

The effect of motivational interviewing roadmap on the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨动机访谈路线图干预对2型糖尿病患者自我管理及生活质量改善的影响。方法将确诊的2型糖尿病患者200例分为试验组和对照组各100例。对照组采取常规护理及糖尿病健康教育,试验组在常规护理的基础上采用动机访谈路线图进行干预。比较两组干预前及干预后6个月患者的自我效能、自我管理行为和生活质量。结果干预6个月后,两组患者自我管理行为评分、生活质量和自我效能得分均有所提高,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用动机访谈路线图干预能有效提高患者的自我效能和自我管理行为及生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of motivational interviewing roadmap intervention on self - management and the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally,200 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 100 cases in each. Pa- tients in the control group received routine nursing and diabetes health education, while patients in the experimental group were given motivational interviewing roadmap intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Before intervention and 6 months after intervention, the self - efficacy, self - management behavior and quality of life were evaluated. Results At 6 months after intervention, the self - management behavior scores, quality of life scores and self - efficacy scores of two groups were improved, and the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion The use of motivational interviewing intervention roadmap can effectively increase the self- efficacy, self- management skills and improve the quality of life in patients＇with type 2 diabetes.
