工作场所暴力对护士组织公民行为的影响

The effect of workplace violence on nurse's organizational citizenship behavior

目的了解工作场所暴力和护士组织公民行为现状,探讨工作场所暴力对护士组织公民行为的影响。方法采用工作场所暴力问卷和组织公民行为量表对556名护士进行问卷调查,比较是否遭受工作场所暴力、不同暴力形式、暴力频次护士组织公民行为的差别,并探讨工作场所暴力对护士组织公民行为的影响。结果护士1年内工作场所暴力发生率为70.14%;其中心理暴力占77.69%,身体暴力占17.18%,性暴力占5.13%。遭受工作场所暴力组护士组织公民行为总分及各维度得分低于未遭受组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。不同暴力形式、暴力频次护士组织公民行为总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,遭受工作场所暴力、暴力次数、暴力形式、用工性质和学历为护士组织公民行为的影响因素。结论护士工作场所暴力发生率较高,遭受工作场所暴力的护士组织公民行为下降,遭受暴力程度越严重、频次越多,护士组织公民行为越差。

Objective To investigate the workplace violence and nurse＇s organizational citizenship behavior, and analyze the effect of workplace violence on nurse＇s organizational citizenship behavior. Methods Totally,556 nurses were investigate with the Workplace Violence Scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. The level of nurse＇s organizational citizenship behavior was compared between the violence group and the non - violence group, different violence form groups, different violence frequency groups, and explore the effect of workplace violence on nurse ＇s organizational citizenship behavior in nurses. Results The incidence rate of workplace violence was 70.14% ,and 77.69% of them suffered psychological violence, 17.18% of them suffered physical vio- lence, 5.13% of them suffered sexual violence. The total score and each dimension score of patients in the violence group were significant lower than those of the non- violence group （P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score of patients with different violence form and frequency were significantly different （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the workplace violence, violence frequency, violence form, work characteristics and academic were the influencing factors of nurse＇s organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion The incidence of workplace violence is high, and nurses suffering work- place violence are in the low level of organizational citizenship behavior, and the level of nurse＇s organizational citizenship behavior will be lower when suffering more severe and frequent working violence.
