医疗安全不良事件报告管理系统的设计与临床应用

Design and clinical application of medical adverse event reporting and management system

目的建立安全的医疗管理系统,提高医护人员对医疗安全不良事件报告的主动性。方法明确不良事件定义和分级、规范报告格式及报告用语、实现网络直报、鼓励主动报告、构建报告流程、形成分析、反馈、改进和信息共享的管理链。结果提高了医护人员对不良事件主动报告的认识,实现了不良事件报告数的逐年提升。结论不良事件报告系统能有效提升医护人员安全管理及隐患的防范能力。

Objective To establish a safe medical management system to improve the medical staffs initiative to report medical safety adverse events. Methods Measures were implemented including clear definition and classification of adverse events, standard reporting format and report language, realizing di- rect network report, encouraging initiative report, building report process, forming analysis, feedback, improvement and management of information sharing chain. Results The awareness of initiative adverse events report improved, and the number of adverse event report increased year by year. Conclusion Adverse event reporting system can effectively improve the medical staffs security management and risk prevention ability.
