血清钙含量对妊娠期高血压疾病及新生儿体重的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清钙含量对妊娠期高血压疾病及新生儿体重的影响。方法选取2013年6月—2015年6月在郑州大学第一附属医院住院分娩的单胎妊娠妇女258例,其中正常妊娠妇女112例为A组,妊娠期高血压疾病妇女146例为B组,测定两组产妇的血清钙,并分析血清钙对妊娠期高血压疾病的影响及新生儿体重与血清钙的相关性。结果 B组血清钙含量低于A组,且新生儿出生体重低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新生儿出生体重与孕妇血清钙呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清钙含量可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生有关,且影响新生儿出生体重。补钙对妊娠期预防血压的升高及促进胎儿的生长发育具有重要的意义。 Objective To explore the influence of serum calcium on the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and the neonatal weight. Methods Choosing 258 cases pregnant women who were single birth and delivered in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2013 to June 2015. Among them,146 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were B group,112 cases of normal pregnancy women were A group. Measuring the serum calcium of B and A group. Analyzing the influence of serum calcium on the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and the correlation between serum calcium and the neonatal weight. Results The serum calcium and the neonatal weight of B group were all lower pregnancy should be correlated with serum calcium. The serum calcium affect the neonatal weight. So,Calcium supplements has than A group. The differences between A and B group had statistical significance( P〈0. 05). There was a positive correlation between serum calcium and the neonatal weight( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The occurrence of the hypertensive disorders complicating the vital significance to prevent blood pressure during pregnancy and to promote the growth and development of the fetus.
