摘要
目的:探讨应用团队管理模式在强化急救护士法律意识及防范护理纠纷中的效果。方法:采用实施前后自身对照法,2014年7月-12月为实施团队管理模式前,2015年1月-6月时段为实施团队管理模式,分析实施前后两个时段的急救护士法律意识、护理纠纷、急救整体护理质量及护理满意度的差异。结果:团队管理模式实施后的护理纠纷总发生率明显低于实施前(P〈0.05),实施后护理人员护理操作技术考核、护理文书书写合格率、护理满意率等均明显高于实施前(P〈0.05)。结论:实施团队管理模式有利于提高急诊科护士的法律意识,减少护理纠纷发生,促进护理质量持续改进及提高。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying team management mode in strengthening the legal consciousness of emergency nurses and preventing nursing disputes. Methods: We evaluated emergency nurses' awareness of the law, nursing disputes, quality of emergency care and overall satisfaction of nursing with the use of selfcontrol method. Duration between July to December 2014 was defined as the before phase for implementation team management and January to June 2015 as the after phase. Results: The total incidence of the team management mode after the implementation of nursing disputes were significantly lower than before(P〈0.05), after the implementation, nursing personnel assessment of nursing techniques operation, qualified rate of nursing document writing and nursing satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those of the prior to the implementation(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of team management model is conducive to improve the legal awareness of emergency nurses, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, and promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality and improve the quality of nursing.
