固定-可摘联合义齿对牙周病合并牙列缺损的修复效果 被引量:14

Effect of Fixed-removable Denture in the Repair of Periodontal Disease with Dentition Defect

摘要 目的:观察固定-可摘联合义齿应用于牙周病伴牙列缺损修复效果,探讨其临床价值。方法:选择本院于2013年1月-2014年1月收治的符合牙周病伴牙列缺损诊断标准60例患者作为研究对象,按照数字法分为两组,每组30例,对照组采取可摘夹板式活动义齿修复,观察组给予固定-可摘联合义齿修复,两组患者均随访18个月,比较两组患者疗效。结果:戴义齿18个月观察组咀嚼效率(55.4±3.8),显著高于对照组(50.1±3.6),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组戴用义齿后基牙拔除情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论:固定-可摘联合义齿应用于牙周病伴牙列缺损修复效果较佳,具有重要临床价值。 Objective: To observe the effect of fixed-removable denture in the repair of periodontal disease with dentition defect,and to explore its clinical value. Methods: 60 cases of patients with periodontal disease associated with dentition defect treated from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects. According to the digital method they were divided into two groups with30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with removable clip plate, and the observation group was treated with fixed-removable denture to repair. The two groups were followed up for 18 months and the effect was compared between two groups. Results: The chewing efficiency was(55.4±3.8) after 18 months with fixed-removable denture in the observation group and it was significantly higher than(50.1 ±3.6) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The extraction of the base teeth of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusions: The fixed and removable partial denture applied to periodontal disease with dentition defect repair has good curative effect and important clinical value.
