阿仑磷酸钠联合金天格治疗Ⅱ型原发性骨质疏松的疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Alendronate Combined with Jintiange in Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis

目的探讨阿仑磷酸钠联合金天格胶囊治疗Ⅱ型原发性骨质疏松(OP)的临床疗效。方法将112例Ⅱ型OP患者随机分为2组:观察组使用阿仑磷酸钠片联合金天格胶囊,同时服用碳酸钙;对照组给予阿仑磷酸钠片和碳酸钙,连续治疗6个月,记录分析2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、骨密度(BMD)变化及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等数据。结果 6个月后,观察组患者的临床症状改善程度优于对照组;观察组患者的BMD值增加明显(P<0.05),AKP下降显著,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.0001)。结论阿仑磷酸钠联合金天格治疗Ⅱ型OP的效果显著,能够有效改善临床症状,明显增加骨密度,安全性好,可在临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of Alendronate combined with Jintiange capsules in treatment of senile osteoporosis. METHODS Totally 112 cases of senile patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.During 6 months＇ therapy,patients of the observation group was given Alendronate tablets combined with Jintiange capsules and calcium carbonate,while patients of the control group was given Alendronate tablets and calcium carbonate. The clinical effects,bone mineral density（ BMD）,and alkaline phosphatase（ AKP） were compared before and after the treatment. RESULTS After 6 month,compared with the control group,the clinical effects in the treatment group was higher（ P〉0. 05）,the bone mineral density and alkaline phosphatase were remarkable increased and decreased,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Alendronate combined with Jintiange capsules can effectively improve BMD and relieve clinical symptoms and had good security in patients with senile osteoporosis,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
