摘要
介绍《种子法》修订情况,从品种管理、品种试验、品种审定、品种登记等方面,探讨新《种子法》的创新点,论述与之配套的《关于进一步改进完善品种试验审定工作的通知》的主要内容及规定,为正确贯彻新法提供借鉴。
The paper introduced the revision overview of Seed Law on the aspects of variety management, variety test, variety certification and variety registry, etc. And also discussed the main content and regulation of On the Notification of Further Improvement of Variety Test and Certification correspondingly to apply reference for implement the new law correctly.
