非手术脊柱减压系统结合核心肌力训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察 被引量:26

摘要 目的探讨非手术脊柱减压系统(non-surgical spinal decompression system,SDS)结合核心肌力训练治疗30~60岁腰椎间盘突出症引起腰、腿痛患者的疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2015年12月于本院就诊的73例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为试验组A24例、试验组B25例和对照组24例,试验组A患者采用SDS配合核心肌力训练治疗,试验组B患者仅采用SDS治疗,对对照组患者采用常规牵引配合干扰电治疗。应用日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)下腰痛治疗评价量表和视觉模拟评分表(visual analogue scale,VAS)对患者治疗前、治疗后1周、3周进行评分。结果三组患者治疗1周后、3周后的JOA下腰痛治疗评价量表评分均较治疗前升高,VAS评分较治疗前下降,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05),其中试验组A效果更加明显。结论 SDS配合腰部核心肌力训练对30~60岁年龄段腰椎间盘病变引起的腰腿痛效果明显,且优于单纯应用SDS治疗和常规牵引配合干扰电治疗。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of the SDS combined with core muscle strength training in the treatment of people with lumbosacral pain caused by lumbar disc herniation of the patients whose age are between 30~60. Method 73 patients with lumbar disc herniation are selected and they are randomly divided into 3 groups: 24 cases in experimental group A, 25 cases in experimental group B and 24 cases in controlled group.All the patients in group A accept the SDS combined with core muscle strength training, patients in group B have the treatment of the SDS and the patients in controlled group have the regular treatment as traction combined with interference current.JOA score and VAS score were selected to evaluate the curative effect in the first week and the third week. And the frequency and treatment period were 15 times in three week. Result All the 73 patients' score of JOA are increased and the score of VAS are decreased(P 0.05). Compare with the controlled group, both the scores of JOA and VAS are improved obviously, especially the scores in group A. Conclusion The treatment that the SDS combined with core muscle strength training is very effective for the people with lumbocrural pain caused by lumbar disc herniation of the patients whose age are between 30~60, which is much better than the curative effect of the SDS only or regular traction combined with interference current.
