孝德是人伦之首,百行之源。孝德作为我国数千年来社会规范和伦理道德的集中体现,也是我国传统道德的基础。传统孝德历史上不仅起着维护封建地主阶级统治的作用,还在促进社会稳定、团结家庭、维护亲情等方面发挥过巨大的作用。我们必须要以实事求是的科学态度对待这一传统道德,特别是目前我国处于经济社会转型期,受到各种复杂因素的影响,使得社会上道德领域问题突出,道德状况不容乐观。为此,研究传统孝德的当代价值更具有重要的意义。

Filial piety is the first human relations,the source of hundreds of moralities.As an full embody of China＇s social norm and ethics for thousands of years,it is the basis of our traditional morality.In the history,filial piety not only plays a role in maintaining the feudal ruling class,also promote social stability,family unity,maintaining family.We must be hold realistic scientific attitude towards the traditional morality.Especially our country is in economic and social transition,influenced by a variety of complex factors.There exist many problems in morals.So,to study the contemporary value of traditional filial piety is very important.
