残疾人继续教育的发展现状、问题与发展趋势的思考

Analysis of Situation,Problems and Trend of Continuing Education for People with Disabilities

社会经济快速发展,为满足残疾同胞发展的多样化需求,亟待发展残疾人继续教育事业。文章分析了继续教育对于残疾人所具有的一般性和特殊性,并指出当前残疾人继续教育有待从建立专门法律、创新服务体系、加强认识以及完善教育模式等方面入手,推进残疾人继续教育事业使之更具法制化、现代化和人性关怀。

With the rapid economic and social development,continuing education has become more professional to meet the diverse needs of the disabled.This paper analyzes the continuing education for people with disabilities has the generality and specificity,and pointed out that the current education needs to start from the establishment of specialized laws,innovative service system,strengthening the understanding and improving the education model,so as to promote the continuing education for people with disabilities more legalization,modernization and human care.
