论警察行政权的行使及其规制

On the Exercise and Regulation of the Administration Power of Police

当下,我国的警察体制存在着很多的现实问题,本文旨在从行政法的角度通过对警察行政权进行理论层面的分析和探讨,对警察行政权的概念、运行中存在的矛盾以及矛盾产生的原因展开分析,最后从制度、权力制约等层面提出具有一定参考价值的建议。

Nowadays,there are a lot of practical problems about China＇ s police system in China. From the theoretical perspective of administrative law,the police executive power is analyzed and discussed,the concept of administrative power of police and problems of its running and the reasons for it are analyzed. Proposals in the aspect of system and power restriction are put forward.
