经济视角下城乡居民基本养老保险待遇研究

Study on the Basic Endowment Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents Based on the View of Economy

公平作为一种价值取向,日益受到人们重视,经济视角下的公平表现为货币等物质给付的均一性。新出台的城乡居民基本养老保险在待遇水平方面存在不公现象,具体表现在城乡居民与城镇职工养老待遇的不公平、不同地域间养老待遇的不公平以及城镇居民与农村居民养老待遇的不公平等方面,本文为提升中国养老金经济待遇公平性提出了几点建议。

Fairness has gained increasing importance over the years. Economically, fairness means that all groups of people are granted the same amount of money. The latest endowment insurance system is plagued by inequality,namely the inequity between the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents and that for the urban working group,the inequity in the endowment insurance in different regions,and the inequity between the endowment insurance for urban residents and that for rural residents.
