缺血性脑卒中的影像学诊断 被引量:4

摘要 脑卒中已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,其以进行性神经功能障碍为特征,具有高致残率和高病死率。脑卒中可分为缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中,前者更为多见,约占脑卒中总数的75%~90%。尽管缺血性脑卒中多为非致命性,但是其致残率较高且目前的治疗手段有限,因此,一直是神经病学领域研究的焦点之一。近年来,神经影像学的发展为脑卒中的早期诊断和治疗提供了重要依据,必要的影像学检查结合具体的临床表现有利于提高脑卒中的诊断水平。本文拟就缺血性脑卒中的影像学表现在临床诊断中的应用进行简要介绍。 Stroke has become one of the major diseases that threaten human health, which characterized by progressive neurological disorder with a high morbidity and high mortality. Stroke can be divided into ischemie stroke and hemorrhagic stroke, the former is more common, accounting for 75% to 90% of the total stroke. Although ischemic stroke is almost non-fatal, but its high morbidity and limited current treatment have been the focus of research in the field of neurology. In recent years, the development of neuroimaging for the early diagnosis and treatment of stroke provides an important basis, combined with the symptoms, it can improve the diagnosis of stroke. The article overviewed radiological features of ischemic stroke diagnosis.
