摘要
"食品营养与卫生"是旅游管理专业酒店方向的专业必修课。本课程由于经验丰富的师资队伍缺乏,相关的配套教材不太完善,教学上很难达到本专业培养目标的要求。因此,优化教学内容、改进教学方法、完善课程考核制度、更新教学观念是迫切之需。
In view of the problems existing in the course of food nutrition and hygiene that experienced teachers are not enough,the teaching materials are not perfect,the teaching objective is not met,it is suggested that the teaching contents be optimized,the teaching methods be improved,the examination mode be improved and teaching concept be renewed.
