摘要
随着微信用户井喷式增长,微信小店发展迅速。微信小店可给顾客发送购物成功通知,但却无法推送个性化消息,也无法通过微信及时获取交易情况,发货员无法在第一时间发货。针对这种情况,提出一种在微信小店上实现三方通知功能。该方法首先通过订单通知解析微信服务器发送的XML文件,然后通过ID获取订单详情,最后利用腾讯提供的模板消息、多功能客服接口实现对应消息的推送。实验结果表明,该功能可使顾客、商户、发货员及时准确得到通知,提高了顾客的购物体验以及微信小店的发货速度。
With the rapid development of electronic commerce and the explosive growm ot vv ew^lg ^- mobile terminal electronic commerce, WeChat shop also provided the function of shopping. However after completion of transactions, the customers cannot reeeive the more personalized message from merchants except a notice of the successful purchase. At the same time the merchants fail to get the promptest transaction by means of WeChat and delivery members are unable to deliver goods as soon as possible. In view of this, we proposed the concrete method of the tripartite notifica- tions Based on WeChat shop . The method parses the XMI. file sent by WeChat server first, and then get the order details by means of the order ID. Finally, based on the interface of template messages and multi--functional service provided by Tencent, the method respectively implements the push of the corresponding messages. Experimentai results show that customers, merchants and delivery members could receive their respective messages they care about most timely and accu rarely. This method can better enrich the shopping experience of customers and improve the delivery speed of the delivery member of WeChat shop.
