工作场所如何学习——苏州工业园区企业案例研究

摘要 工作场所学习,是指发生在真实的工作情境中,学习者与专家、同事互动,为取得对组织与个体有意义的结果,而习得工作知识、技能、态度、情感与价值的过程。工作场所学习是一个意义建构的过程,人们思考、行动就是在学习,如工人练习操作是学习。
