摘要
目的分析突发食物中毒事件理化检验质量控制的意义。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月郑州市公共安全卫生食物中毒突发事件进行研究,包括婚宴食物中毒、大型聚餐食物中毒及学校食物中毒。结果通过两年数据的分析对比显示,理化检验质量逐渐加强,突发公共卫生食物中毒事件逐渐减少,并且两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论理化检验质量控制在突发公共卫生食物中毒事件中控制效果良好,减少公共卫生食物中毒事件的发生率。
Objective To analyze the significance of quality control in physical and chemical examination of sudden food poisoning. Methods To select the public safety and health food poisoning emergency in Zhengzhou city was studied from January 2014 to December 2015,including the wedding food poisoning,the large dinner food poisoning and school food poisoning. Results Through the analysis of the data in the past two years,physical and chemical inspection quality gradually strengthened,a public health emergency to reduce gradually,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The physical and chemical testing quality control in the control of emergent public health events of effect is good,can improve people's quality of life and reduce the probability of public health events.
