Discussion on Media and Food Safety Risk Assessment

本研究采用对比分析法,将我国与国外食品安全风险评估体系进行比较,通过分析认为,我国食品安全风险评估体系不完善的重要原因是大众缺乏对食品安全风险评估重要性的认识,因此,媒体作为一个信息交流的媒介,与食品安全风险评估体系的完善有着密不可分的关系。本研究旨在提高媒体对食品安全风险评估的关注度,借助媒体监管食品安全,吸收国外先进经验,推进构建食品安全风险评估体系的进程。

This research uses the comparative analysis methods,carries on the comparison between the Chinese and foreign food safety risk assessment system. Through the analysis,found that the public lack of understanding of the importance of food safety risk assessment is an important reason for China＇s food safety risk assessment system is not perfect. Therefore,the media as a communication medium with food safety risk assessment system perfect has a close relationship. The purpose of this study is to improve the media＇s attention to food safety risk assessment,with the help of media supervision of food safety,to absorb foreign advanced experience,to promote the construction of food safety risk assessment system process.
