2010～2015年商丘市肺结核患者发现与治疗转归情况调查研究

The Investigation on Discovery and Therapeutic Prognosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients of the Shangqiu City From 2010 to 2015

目的观察2010-2015年商丘市肺结核患者发现与治疗转归情况,为制定结核病防治规划提供有力依据。方法依据我国结核病信息管理系统,结合我院肺结核病的年度报表及临床治疗数据,回顾性分析2010-2015年商丘市肺结核患者发现与治疗转归情况。结果 2010-2015年商丘市肺结核疾病得到有效控制,活动性肺结核、涂阳性肺结核与新发涂阳性肺结核平均登记率分别为52.2/10万、28.6/10万、22.5/10万,总体登记率趋于下降;治疗转归有效率为93.6%,符合国家标准。结论近几年商丘市肺结核患者的发现率与治疗水平逐渐提高,肺结核病防治工作成效满意。

Objective To observe the condition of discovery and therapeutic prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the Shangqiu City from 2010 to 2015,to provide the strong evidence for the work out plan of tuberculosis prevention and cure. Methods According to the tuberculosis information management system of our country,combined the annual statement of tuberculosis of our hospital and clinical data,to retrospective analysed the condition of discovery and therapeutic prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patient of the Shangqiu City from 2010 to 2015. Results The average registration rates of the tuberculosis was effective controlled of the Shangqiu City from 2010 to 2015,the active tuberculosis,smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis and new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was 52.2/10 Myriad,28.6/10 Myriad and 22.5/10 Myriad,the registration rate was decline in total,the effective rate of therapeutic prognosis was 93.6%, that was conform to government standard. Conclusion The discovery rate and therapeutic level of pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the Shangqiu City was gradually raised in recent years,and the prevention and control work of pulmonary tuberculosis was produced a marked effect.
