浅谈外来工的职业病问题现状与应对策略

Occupation Disease Problems and Coping Strategies of Migrant Workers

我国正处于经济上升的发展时期,社会形势的发展和转变使得各行业职业病频发,严重影响着劳动者的身体健康。然而,处于这一时期的外来工的职业病问题也日趋严重,影响着外来劳动的生理和心理健康。笔者就外来工职业病的现存问题、原因及应对策略进行简要探讨。

China is in the period of development and economic increase,the development and change of the social situation make the occupation disease of each industry to occur frequently,which seriously affects the health of the workers. However,occupation disease problems in this period of migrant workers is becoming more and more serious,affecting the physical and mental health of migrant labor. The author briefly discusses the existing problems of migrant workers,occupation disease and coping strategies.
