摘要
本文研究高温还原型固硫剂在燃煤中的固硫效率,其固硫剂的组成主要有主剂CaO、还原剂FeCl2、助剂NaCl、Na2CO3、三乙醇胺组成,制备方法是先将CaO、FeCl2、NaCl、Na2CO3的固体制备成100目的细粉,再将CaO按1:1水解成Ca(OH)2晾干,入烤箱100℃2 h待凉,加入FeCl2、NaCl、Na2CO3和三乙醇胺混合均匀,加入与混合物等量的水充分搅拌,分装于容器中即成,使用时按燃煤重量的1%-5%喷洒,混合均匀即可。
In this paper, we study the high temperature reduced sulphur fixing agent in coal the solid sulfur in efficiency. The composition of the solid sulfur agent mainly include CaO main agent, reducing agent FeCl2,additives of NaCl,Na2CO3,triethanolamine,the preparation method is to CaO,FeCl2,NaCl,Na2CO3 solid powder preparation into 100 purpose,then CaO according to 1 :1 hydrolyzed to Ca(OH)2 to dry, into the oven to 100 ℃ for 2 h to stay cool,join FeCl2 mixing, triethanolamine, NaCl, Na2CO3 and stir in mixture with the same amount of water,partial shipments in the container,namely when used according to the coal spraying 1% to 5%, the weight of the mix.
