摘要
目的分析综合治疗在晚期胃癌患者中的应用价值。方法收集晚期胃癌患者42例,将其随机分为观察组(综合治疗)与对照组(化疗),分析两组患者生存情况。结果两组患者半年生存率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1年、2年生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗在晚期胃癌患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 42 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group（comprehensive treatment）and control group（chemotherapy）,the survival of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in survival rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in the 2 and 1 year of survival rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer is higher.
