腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Laparoscopic Operation and Laparotomy Operation in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术对宫外孕的治疗效果。方法研究时间2015年1-12月,对象取宫外孕患者62例,进行抽签分组。对照组行开腹手术,有31例;观察组行腹腔镜治疗,有31例。比较两组疗效。结果观察组各项指标优于对照组,并发症少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜治疗宫外孕效果佳。

Objective Effect of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy are to be comparatively studied. Methods Chose 62 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2015 and separated them into two groups by drawing lottery. 31 patients in control group were given laparotomy operation,while another 31 patients in study group were given laparoscopic operation,and then evaluated and compared patients＇ treatment effect between two groups. Results Patients＇ every indicator in study group were much more favorable than that in control group and complication incidence was much lower in study group than that in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is quite effective in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
