胆囊结石行腹腔镜下保胆取石术治疗的临床探究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Gallbladder Stone by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的对胆囊结石行腹腔镜下保胆取石术治疗的临床效果进行探讨研究。方法选取2015年1-12月100例行保胆取石的胆囊结石患者,分为对照组和观察组各50例;对照组行开腹保胆取石,观察组行腹腔镜下保胆取石,比较两组疗效。结果观察组手术时间多于对于对照组（P〈0.05）,在手术后排气时间和手术后住院时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异均有统计学意义。结论胆囊结石行腹腔镜下保胆取石术疗效确切,可促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stone. Methods From January to December 2015,100 cases with gallbladder stone patients were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each. Control group underwent gall preserving lithotomy,observation group underwent laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy,then compared two groups of curative effect. Results The observation group in the operation time was more than the control group（P〈0.05）. After the operation,the exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay was less than the control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stone has a significant effect,can promote the recovery of patients after surgery.
