摘要
目的探讨伐昔洛韦联合匹多莫德治疗小儿水痘的临床疗效。方法将80例水痘患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组以伐昔洛韦联合匹多莫德治疗;对照组以伐昔洛韦治疗。结果治疗组平均退热时间、皮疹结痂时间少于对照组。结论匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘疗效优,疗程短。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valaciclovir combined with pidotimod in the treatment of varicella in children. Methods 80 cases of varicella were randomly divided into treatment group of valaciclovir combined with pidotimod therapy,the control group used valaciclovir treatment. Results In the treatment group,the average time of fever,rash crusting time was less than the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of pidotimod combined with valaciclovir in treatment of children with varicella can significantly shorter course of treatment.
