小儿紫癜疹消颗粒治疗过敏性紫癜(风热伤络型)40例临床观察

40 Cases of Allergic Purpura With Wind and Heat Injured Collaterals Treated With Purpura Rash Eliminate Particles

目的观察小儿紫癜疹消颗粒治疗小儿过敏性紫癜风热伤络型的疗效。方法小儿过敏性紫癜风热伤络型患儿80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,配合服用小儿紫癜疹消颗粒,水煎取汁120-200 ml,2日1剂,分4-6次服用,10日为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果对照组总有效率77.5%,治疗组92.5%,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿紫癜疹消颗粒治疗过敏性紫癜风热伤络型疗效良好,对皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节痛、尿血等症状均有治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Purpura Rash Eliminate Particles in treating wind and heat injured collaterals of pediatric allergic purpura. Methods 80 cases of pediatric purpura with wind and heat injured collaterals,randomly divided into control group and study group of 40 cases. The control group underwent conventional treatment,the treatment group taking Purpura Rash Eliminate Particles based on conventional treatment. Decoction juice 120 - 200 ml,a medicine to take two days,points 4 to 6 times daily,7 days for a course of treatment. 2 groups after 1 courses of treatment to determine efficacy. Results The control group of the total efficiency was 75.0%,in the treatment group was 92.5%,difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Purpura Rash Eliminate Particles is remarkable in treating wind and heat injured collaterals of pediatric allergic purpura. Skin purpura,abdominal pain,joint pain,blood in his urine and other symptoms have a therapeutic effect. It can significantly shorten the course.
