目的探究溶血对临床生化检验的结果影响。方法选取2014年10月-2015年11月在我院接受体检的71例正常人进行生化检验的研究,检查内容包括总胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶、直接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐、谷草转氨酶、尿酸、血清葡萄糖、尿素氨等。结果直接胆红素、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、尿酸和谷草转氨酶的含量值溶血前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但是肌酐、尿素氨、血清葡萄糖的含量值在溶血前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论溶血会对生化检验结果产生影响,所以在生化检验中一定要避免导致血样标本溶血的一切原因,提高检验结果的准确性和可靠性,准确反馈患者的病情,为治疗提供有效的依据。

Objective Hemolysis influence on clinical biochemical test result is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 71 healthy people that are given physical examination in hospital from October 2014 to November 2015 and given them biochemical test to study test result. The test content include total bilirubin,glutamyltranspetidase,direct bilirubin,ALT,creatinine,AST,uric acid,serum glucose and urea nitrogen,etc. Results The values of direct bilirubin,total bilirubin,ALT,glutamyltranspetidase,uric acid and AST after hemolysis were quite differential from counterparts before hemolysis,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. However,the values of creatinine,urea nitrogen and serum glucose after hemolysis did not differ from counterparts before hemolysis,thus,there was no statistic value（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Hemolysis exerts great influence on clinical biochemical test result,therefore,it is necessary to avoid any reason for hemolysis in blood sample in order to increase test accuracy and reliability and reflect patients＇ illness correctly,which is beneficial to provide effective evidence for patients＇ treatment.
