摘要
目的研究针对老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者,采用椎体后凸成型术（PKP）治疗的护理体会。方法选取本院于2015年1月-2016年1月收治的34例老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结其护理要点。观察其临床疗效及疼痛改善情况。结果患者经手术治疗,并接受早期护理干预措施治疗后,患者疾病治愈例数为26例（76.47%）,病情恢复良好为5例（14.71%）,病情有所改善为3例（8.82%）;28例患者在术后机体疼痛随即消失,疼痛完全缓解。6例患者在术后第4 d疼痛消失。结论针对老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的患者实施手术治疗后,为其进行护理干预措施,针对围手术期进行全面护理,大部分患者临床疗效较好且机体疼痛得到有效缓解。
Objective To study the nursing intervention for elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture during the process of PKP. MethodsThe clinical data about 34 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture treated from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The nursing intervention was applied. The clinical effect and pain degree was observed. Results After surgery and nursing intervention,there were 26 cases cured（76.47%）,5 cases good（14.71%）and 3 cases improved（8.82%）,after surgery,the pain for 28 cases was completely disappeared,after 4 d of surgery,the pain for 6 cases was disappeared. Conclusion For elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,the nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical effect and relieve the pain degree.
