延伸护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的影响研究

Effect of Extended Care on Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients With Swallowing Dysfunction

目的分析延伸护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的作用。方法选择100例患有脑卒中吞咽障碍的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组使用常规的护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上,添加延伸护理,对比两组患者康复的情况。结果经过护理以后,所以患者的病情均得到改善,对比两组患者结果,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施延伸护理,有效改善患者吞咽障碍情况。

Objective To analysis of extended care for the effect of swallowing disorder in patients with stroke rehabilitation. Methods 100 cases with cerebral stroke patients with swallowing disorder,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. Control group using conventional methods of nursing,the observation group in the control group,on the basis of added extended care,compared two groups of patient rehabilitation. Results After nursing,all patients were improved,compared two groups of patients as a result,the observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion The swallowing disorder in patients with cerebral apoplexy,extend nursing can improve greatly the patients with swallowing disorder situation.
