摘要
目的对人性化服务在妇科护理中的作用进行分析。方法将我院收治的妇科患者90例作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组45例及对照组45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施人性化服务,对比两组患者的满意度情况。结果观察组满意度为95.56%;对照组满意度为84.44%(P<0.05)。结论在妇科护理过程中采取人性化服务,可促进患者康复,并提升患者满意度。
Objective Analysis of the function of humanized service in gynecology nursing. Methods 90 cases of gynecological patients admitted to our hospital as the research object,randomly divided into observation group of 45 cases and control group of 45 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was carried outhumanized service on the basis of routine nursing,compared with the two groups of patients satisfaction. Results The satisfaction of observation group was 95.56%,and the control group was 84.44%(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanized service can promote patients recovery,and improve patients' satisfaction.
